Topic: Applying SITH with the experience of "I am helpful…. I want to be helpful"
How do we clean with the replayed memory? What I am doing is being helpful. Being " Helpful" seems like a program that has run so many times it has made its own trail or path in my existence... only recently, I am seeing this way of being on auto replay may not be in my best interest. Can you share your thoughts on this type of experience?
